COFFEE SERVER 4 cups
HOW TO USE:
1.Place brewer and the filter on the server. Pour 40g of ground coffee into the filter for approx.600ml of dripped coffee. Adjust the amount of ground coffee and hot water to suit your taste. A guide of 1 cup: 10g of ground coffee for apron 150ml.
2.Pour small amount of hot water into the centre of the coffee mound and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then slowly pour more hot water - drawing a spiral from the center. The marks on the server are reference points for 300ml and 600ml. Stop pouring when the dripped coffee reaches the mark.
3.Remove the brewer and pour the coffee into cup.
Microwave and dishwasher safe.
