The beans of this coffee are a carefully selected blend of Arabica beans from Guatemala, Huehuetenango region.
 
 
Huehuetenango is a commune in the western part of Guatemala that stretches all the way to the border with Mexico. There are unique climatic conditions here, creating a microclimate that is ideal for coffee cultivation.
 
Our coffee comes from the Todosantarita cooperative founded in 1986, which currently associates 127 producers. Their farms are located in the hills of the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes - the highest non-volcanic mountain range in Central America. After picking, the coffee is wet processed and dried on the patio. It is then sent to the Fedecocagua dry mill, where its casing is removed, the beans are cleaned and sorted, ready for export.
