CERRO BUENO is a 120-hectare farm where the Catuaí variety is grown. It is located at an altitude of 1,550 m above sea level in the Marcala region, La Paz district. Coffee grows in the shade of other trees, which allows the fruit to mature slowly. That means that the coffee will naturally have more sweetness.
