How to prepare Mumbai Chai?

Traditional Mumbai Chai
Mix 2 teaspoons of the blend (approx. 15 g) with 120 ml of hot water (min. 75°C) and 120 ml of hot milk or plant-based drink. Strain – ready to serve.

Mumbai Chai Latte
Combine 2 teaspoons of chai with 240 ml of hot milk or plant-based alternative. Froth or stir well. Adjust sweetness to your preference.

From espresso machine or jug
Mix chai with water and milk, then froth using the steam wand (min. 75°C). For the best texture, avoid over-aerating at the start. Recommended drink volume: 250 ml.

Mumbai Chai Cooler
Mix 2 teaspoons of the blend with 90 ml of hot water and milk, strain, add ice cubes. Alternatively, blend with ice for a refreshing chai frappé.
