Promotion Terms and Conditions

§1. Promotion Organizer

1. The organizer of the Promotion is Java Coffee Company sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw at ul. Palisadowa 20/22 (01-940 Warsaw), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000069052, with NIP (Tax ID): 5213214532, REGON: 01739548, and share capital of 101,500.00 PLN ("Organizer"), e-mail: info@javacoffee.pl, telephone number: +48 22 299 62 42.

2. The Promotion is organized in the Organizer’s Online Store available at: javacoffee.pl.

3. The User is required to read these Terms and Conditions before participating in the Promotion.

4. The Store provides the option to download, store, and print the Terms and Conditions.

§2. Definitions

• Order Form – a form available on the Online Store's website enabling the placement of an Order.
• Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964, as amended.
• Consumer – an adult individual with full legal capacity, making a purchase from the Seller that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
• Customer/Participant – an individual with full legal capacity (or, in certain cases, limited legal capacity as per applicable law) who uses the Online Store and purchases goods as a consumer.
• Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
• Organizer – Java Coffee Company sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw at ul. Palisadowa 20/22 (01-940 Warsaw), registered under number 0000069052, with NIP: 5213214532, REGON: 01739548.
• Promotion – a special offer organized by the Organizer under these Terms and Conditions.
• Product – a tangible item or service available for sale in the Online Store.
• Validity Period – the period during which the Promotion is valid in the Online Store at www.javacoffee.pl.
• Online Store – the Seller's online store available at www.javacoffee.pl.
• Subscription – a purchasing option that allows Customers to receive specific products on a recurring basis until canceled.
• Sales Agreement – a sales agreement within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

§4. Promotion Conditions

• Eligible Users – The Promotion is available to both registered Customers and guests shopping in the Online Store.
• Products Included – The Promotion applies to coffee products found under the “All Coffee” category in the Online Store. The Promotion does not apply to subscriptions or test sets.
• Plant-Based Drinks Included – Sproud Original 1L or Minor Figures Original 1L. The Customer can add no more than two plant-based drinks per single order as part of the Promotion.
• Discount Distribution – The discount is applied proportionally to the plant-based drinks added to the cart.
• Minimum Order Value – There is no minimum order value required to participate in the Promotion.
• Discount Application Process – The discount is applied automatically when the eligible products are added to the cart. The promotional price will be automatically reduced to 1 PLN for one plant-based drink.
• Voluntary Participation – Participation in the Promotion is entirely voluntary.
• No Cash Exchange – The promotional discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary equivalent and can only be used in the Online Store.
• Usage Limit – Each Customer can use the Promotion once per single order.
• Currency Rounding – Due to currency rounding, the exact final discount value may vary slightly depending on the number and price of items.
• Promotion Duration – The Promotion starts on 01.02.2025 at 00:00 and ends on 31.03.2025 at 23:59 or until stock runs out.
• Return Policy – If a Customer returns the coffee purchased under this Promotion, they must also return the discounted plant-based drinks.

§5. Withdrawal from the Promotion

The Customer may withdraw from the Promotion at any time by:

• Removing the promotional items from their cart.
• Not completing their order in the Online Store.

§6. Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted:

• In writing to the address: ul. Palisadowa 20/22 (01-940 Warsaw).
• Via e-mail to: info@javacoffee.pl.

§7. Final Provisions

• Participation in the Promotion requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, such as changes in legal regulations or administrative decisions.
• Any modifications shall not affect the rights acquired by Participants before the changes take effect.
• The Terms and Conditions are available on the website www.javacoffee.pl.
• These Terms and Conditions come into force on 01.02.2025.
