Czekam z niecierpliwością na kolejny etap poszerzania mojej wiedzy w świecie kawy
Do zobaczenia ☺️
Kawa jest idealna pod dripa i zapewnia ciekawy smak. Kawa jest świetnej jakości i proces parzenia przebiega idealnie. Oby więcej takich!
Najlepsza kawa do kawiarki.

Drip coffee - check out our offer
The mysterious drip is nothing more than a pour-over method of brewing coffee. In this way, you can obtain an aromatic, light and clear infusion with noticeable natural and delicate flavor notes. However, it is necessary to choose properly roasted and properly ground coffee.
Our pour-over coffees consist of the most carefully selected beans from Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, Congo and Panama, among others. They are harvested from crops at altitudes ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 m above sea level, which belong to small, local producers. Each coffee is a unique composition of flavors with a sophisticated sensory profile - from fruity notes, through nutty, citrus, chocolate and floral. Lightly roasted beans are used for alternative brewing methods. It is important to choose the right grind, which is dedicated to the brewing method. A good solution is also to buy coffee beans and prepare them immediately before brewing.

Drip coffee - the right thickness and grind of beans
The best drip coffee is made from freshly roasted beans. A very important aspect is the fineness of the grind of the beans - poorly ground beans lead to improper brewing. Too fine a grind causes the water to drain more slowly, which extends the brewing time and causes an unpleasant bitterness in the finished infusion. Beans that are too coarse allow the water to drain too quickly, making the coffee weak, devoid of aromas and with less caffeine. The optimum grind is considered to be such that the water poured does not drip, but flows in a thin and even stream. The beans should be ground in a burr grinder, immediately before brewing the coffee.

Drip coffee - how to brew it?
Depending on the preferred intensity of coffee, you can experiment with the brewing process. However, there are certain rules that are worth following when preparing it to get the best cup. The first is to maintain proportions and measure about 5.5 g of coffee for every 100 ml of water. The beans should be covered with water at a temperature of about 93-95 degrees. A filter is necessary for brewing coffee, and the process should take about 2-4 minutes. (Of course, everything depends on your recipe :) )
