PERRY ROSEMARY
Ingredients:
- 20 ml Bacanha Syrup with pear flavor
- 10 ml lime juice
- A few drops of bitters
- Ice
- Carbonated water
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously until chilled. Then strain over ice and top up with sparkling water. Finally, garnish with a slice of pear and a sprig of rosemary.
Ready!
CASCARA FIZZ
Ingredients:
- 20 ml Bacanha syrup with passion fruit or bergamot flavor
- 300 ml of ready-made cascara cold brew or cooled cascara infusion
- Orange peel
- Orange slices
- Tonic
- Ice
Preparation:
Add the syrup, ice and cascara infusion to a shaker and shake vigorously. Place orange slices and ice cubes in the glass. Pour the contents of the shaker to 2/3 of the glass, and fill the rest with tonic. Finally, garnish with an orange slice.
YUZU CUCUMBER REFRESHER
Ingredients:
- 20 ml Bacanha Yuzu Syrup
- 4 cucumber slices
- A few leaves of rosemary
- Ice
- Grapefruit or regular tonic
Preparation:
Crush cucumber slices, syrup and rosemary leaves in a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fill a low glass with crushed ice, strain the shaker into a glass and top up with tonic.
PASSION FRUIT ICE TEA
Ingredients:
- 20 ml of Bacanha syrup with passion fruit flavor
- 300 ml Suki Tea black tea (cold brew or chilled)
- 10 ml lemon juice
- Ice
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients then pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
Decorate with peach or lemon slices and mint.
Ready !
APPLE PIE
Ingredients:
- 20 ml of Bacanha Syrup with Cinnamon Flavor
- 250 ml apple juice (preferably pressed)
- 10 ml lemon juice
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Cinnamon stick (for decoration)
Preparation:
Heat up the apple juice, syrup, lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon, mixing everything well. Then pour into a mug or glass. Finally, decorate with a burnt cinnamon stick for a special effect!
GRAPE SMASHER
Ingredients:
- 20 ml Bacanha Lime Syrup
- 5 white seedless grapes
- Ice
- Carbonated water
- 10 ml lime juice (or sour)
Preparation:
Add grapes to a shaker, add syrup and muddle thoroughly. Fill the glass with crushed ice, then strain the contents of the shaker over the ice. Top with sparkling water. Finally, garnish with grapes or lime peel for a refreshing finish!
ESPRESSO MARTINI
Ingredients:
- 20 ml Bacanha vanilla syrup
- Double espresso
- Ice
- A few drops of bitters
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously until a light foam forms. Then pour over ice. Garnish with coffee beans and you're done!
HERBAL GIN & TONIC
Ingredients:
- 10 ml Bacanha syrup with basil, verbena or rose flavor
- 50 ml non-alcoholic gin
- Tonic
- Ice
- 3 juniper berries
Preparation:
Pour the non-alcoholic gin, syrup and juniper into a shaker, then shake vigorously until chilled and foamy. Strain over ice and top up with tonic. Garnish with juniper berries
