Promotion Terms and Conditions – Discount Code "WINTER"

§1.

  1. The organizer of the Promotion is Java Coffee Company z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Palisadowa 20/22 (01-940 Warsaw), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000069052, with NIP: 5213214532, REGON: 01739548, and share capital of 101,500.00 PLN (“Organizer”), email: info@javacoffee.pl, phone number [+48 22 299 62 42].
  2. The Promotion is organized in the Organizer's Online Store, available at: javacoffee.pl.
  3. The User is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Terms and Conditions before starting to use the Promotion.
  4. The store provides the option to download, save, and print the Terms and Conditions.

§2.

  1. Terms written with capital letters are defined as follows:

a) Order Form – a form available on the Online Store’s website enabling the placement of an Order;

b) Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964, as amended;

c) Discount Code – a code enabling a Discount in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

d) Consumer – an adult natural person with full legal capacity, making a purchase from the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity;

e) Client/Participant – a natural person with full legal capacity or, in cases provided by applicable laws, a person with limited legal capacity, for whom using the Online Store and concluding a sales agreement through it is not related to their business or professional activity (i.e., a consumer) – who intends to participate or participates in the Promotion;

f) Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion;

g) Discount – 20% (twenty percent) discount on Products available in the Online Store granted on the basis of the discount code “WINTER”;

h) Organizer – Java Coffee Company z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Palisadowa 20/22 (01-940 Warsaw), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000069052, with NIP: 5213214532, REGON: 01739548;

i) Promotion – Promotion for Clients organized by the Organizer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

j) Product – movable items or services available in the Online Store’s offer, being the subject of a Sales Agreement concluded between the Client and the Seller;

k) Validity Date – the period during which the Discount Code can be redeemed on the store's website javacoffee.pl to purchase goods;

l) Online Store – the Seller’s online store available at javacoffee.pl;

m) Subscription – a method of ordering Products enabling the Client to receive a specified type of Product monthly from the start of the subscription until it is canceled;

n) Sales Agreement – an agreement for the sale of Products as defined by the Civil Code, concluded between the Seller and the Client.

§3. Conditions for Participation in the Promotion

  1. Only a Client who is a consumer may participate in the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is entirely voluntary.
  2. The Client may join the Promotion by adding Products meeting the conditions for the “WINTER” discount code to the cart and entering the discount code in the appropriate field during the Order Form submission process.
  3. A Client participating in the Promotion is required to provide accurate data. Clients are prohibited from using the Promotion contrary to its intended purpose, these Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws.

§4. Conditions of the Promotion

1. The Discount Code may be provided in the form of information displayed in the Online Store, notifications, via email, SMS, leaflets, or coupons.

  1. The Discount Code can be used by registered Clients or by unregistered users without a Client Account.
  2. The Discount of 20%, upon using the Discount Code, is calculated based on gross prices listed in the Online Store.
  3. The Discount Code entitles the Client to purchase products with a discount from the Online Store's offer.
