Kawa jest idealna pod dripa i zapewnia ciekawy smak. Kawa jest świetnej jakości i proces parzenia przebiega idealnie. Oby więcej takich!
Najlepsza kawa do kawiarki.

White loose leaf tea
-
White loose-leaf tea is a rather specific variety that is not as popular as black or green varieties. Let's try to change that! White tea is definitely worth getting interested in, because it is a very interesting variant in terms of both taste and properties. You will find this unusual type of tea in our offer, of course. And why is it worth having it in your kitchen?

What is worth knowing about white loose leaf tea?
White loose-leaf tea has been known since the end of the first millennium AD, but its production has never been as popular as other varieties of dried tea. However, it is worth learning the details and trying infusions prepared from white tea, because it also has valuable properties. The name of this tea itself comes from the appearance of the dried tea, which is covered with silvery-white hairs. This is due to the fact that the leaves and buds are harvested when they are still very young. The current method of producing this tea usually involves drying it in piles in the sun or in airy rooms with regulated temperature, because this process requires heat. This usually takes up to three days. In such a process, it is important that the leaves undergo only very slight oxidation.

Properties
The aspect of low oxidation means that white tea is characterized by a real wealth of antioxidants that support the body's fight against excess free radicals. In this way, it has a beneficial effect on health, helping to prevent the occurrence of increasingly common diseases of civilization. In Chinese medicine, this infusion is recommended for inflammation or fever, because it is believed to have a cooling effect.

How does it taste?
White varieties are characterized by their relatively delicate taste, especially when compared to the most popular, very expressive black teas. The aroma in this case will be more floral and devoid of bitterness. Interestingly, paradoxically, such tea contains a lot of caffeine, called "theine" in tea jargon, which stimulates and improves concentration. Although the shortened brewing period allows for dosing the caffeine content in the infusion, it is not recommended to drink this tea shortly before planned sleep.

Try white loose leaf tea available in our store
White loose-leaf tea is less popular than other varieties, but you will find it in our store's offer. In this category, we have made available a variant prepared by the Suki Tea brand, which is characterized by the highest quality. This is a white tea with pear, which is naturally flavored. The composition is clearly dominated by white tea leaves enriched with an admixture of green tea and fruits. Their addition further deepens the intense aromas, among which you can feel ripe pears and sweet notes of licorice. In the composition of this product you will also find pieces of apple, rosehips, pineapple and cornflower petals. The infusion is characterized by a pleasant sweetness. White tea from Suki Tea is an extremely refined proposition in taste.

What is important when brewing?
In the case of this species, it is important that the dried leaves are poured with water at a specific temperature - never boiling, because then the leaves could give off excessive astringency, thus spoiling the later taste experience. It is best if the temperature of the water used is around 70-80 degrees Celsius. In the context of these varieties, a slightly shorter brewing time is also usually recommended. Depending on how aromatic the infusion is to be obtained, brewing the leaves should take from one to about three minutes.
