JAVA CAFE Speciality Roasters at BioBazar is the place to buy freshly roasted beans from our coffee roastery, SUKI Tea and Schlürf teas, Rude Health, Sproud and Minor Figures plant based drinks and coffee accessories of all kinds. Our friendly baristas will be happy to tell you about the origins of our beans and how we roast them.

They will also advise how much to grind and how to brew your coffee to fully enjoy its taste and aroma every day. When you visit us, you can always enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or tea in our café or order it to go.

If you come with your own cup, you'll save PLN 1 per coffee, and if you want to buy beans, don't forget to bring your own pack - you'll get a PLN 1 discount for every 100g of coffee you buy in our Pop-Up.

With JAVA Roastery on the city limits we decided a long time ago we needed an outlet in the city centre to demonstrate JAVA craft and be more accessible for good coffee lovers to stock up on fresh roasted JAVA beans.

JAVA CAFE Speciality Roasters, backthen JAVA Coffee Pop Up, first opened inside the previous Norblin Factory in October, 2013, 5 square meters and a desk made from pallets. Over the years the cafe has moved 3 times, including a 4 year stay in the south of the city.

Today, JAVA CAFE Speciality Roasters is permanently based at the Norblin factory, with a 50 square metre purpose-built coffee bar at the entrance to the new BioBazaar.

JAVA CAFE Speciality Roasters maintains a stock of fresh roasted coffee beans consistent with our JAVA's online shop offering. When visiting us, you can hear about the variety of beans, ways of roasting and brewing coffee, and how to use your sensory skills to determine the taste profiles of any coffee. We can advise you on brew techniques, how to get the most flavour and unique aroma from the bean and best grind setting. We are there to answer all your coffee related questions.

JAVA trained baristas are on hand to make delicious coffee drinks. We do not charge extra for plant based drinks in your coffee drink. We also have a loyalty card system : your tenth coffee is free of charge. Watch out for our summer and winter menus with new drink ideas. All of them taste amazing depending on your mood. On Saturdays we have amazing freshly baked pastries from Doza.
