Rooibos or 'Red bush' is grown in the western cape of South Africa and although many attempts have been tried to cultivate it elsewhere they have all failed.
It is all Organic and although there are little studies on the herb it is known that it carries very high antioxidants, more than that of green tea, albeit slightly different types. Redbush has become more mainstream over the last few years.
Can add milk and sugar to taste.
INGREDIENTS: 100% Organically grown south african rooibos.
TO INFUSE: Use boiling water. Infuse one tea measure per pot (or 1 x t-spoon per mug) and leave for 1-5 minutes.
Store in a dry cool place. Once opened, store in a sealed airtight container and consume within 3 months.
