How to Prepare

Add approximately 2g of matcha powder to a bowl or cup. Pour in around 60ml of water at approximately 80°C (176°F) and whisk using a bamboo whisk (chasen) or electric frother until a light foam forms. Enjoy as a traditional matcha tea or add your favourite milk to create a smooth matcha latte.
