Originally a seasonal winter drink, this is now popular all year round. It had a few different names in the past. One was 'mulled tea' and another 'Christmas tea'. Spiced Citrus is like a fruit Chai, is lightly spiced and works with milk (or a nip of brandy as an alternative to mulled wine...drink tea responsibly!).
INGREDIENTS: Black tea (44%), apple bits (23%), coriander seeds (13%), cardamom fruit (5%), cinnamon (5%), citrus slices (5%), cloves (2&), brazil pepper (2%), flavour.
TO INFUSE: Use freshly drawn boiled water. Infuse one tea measure per pot (or 1 x tspoon per mug) and leave for 1-5 minutes.
Store in a dry cool place. Once opened, store in a sealed airtight container and consume within 3 months.
