Ayurvedic Tea is a traditional Indian spice blend. Brewing and enjoying a great cup of tea is one of life's simple but extremely gratifying luxuries. Everyone has a slightly different approach to the ritual. Ayurveda, which translates as "knowledge of life," dates back 5,000 years to the ancient Sanskrit texts; the Vedasand is all about ritual.
If you want the technical bumpf this tea supports the Vita dosha but the truth is we fell in love with the taste so much we wanted to share it. Fennel is the active 'stress free' ingredient and liquorice the dominant taste.

INGREDIENTS:
Cinnamon pieces, liquorice root, ginger pieces, fennel, orange peel, cardamom pods.
Contains liquorice. People suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption.
BREWING METHOD
Brew 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per 200ml water. Or 1 Suki scoop per stump teapot. Infuse in freshly boiled water (98°C) for 4-6 minutes.
