Hot chocolate is a drink we all know — but with Bacanha Almond syrup it becomes something more. A dessert-like cup that wraps you in flavour and takes you straight into a cozy autumn-winter mood.
Chocolate – a drink with a long history
The first versions of hot chocolate were enjoyed by the Mayans and Aztecs. It was considered the drink of the gods — bitter, spicy, full of spices. Only in Europe did it gain the creaminess and sweetness we know and love today.
In the 21st century, hot chocolate is experiencing a true renaissance. We look for authentic, natural ingredients and simple recipes. No wonder that organic Blombööm cocoa and Bacanha syrup have become the natural, obvious choice in modern kitchens and cafés.

Bacanha – almond subtlety
Bacanha Amande syrup brings delicate almond notes and natural sweetness. Added to hot chocolate, it creates a new dimension — something between a classic dessert and the aroma of festive pastries.
The Bacanha bottle is not just packaging — it’s a design element that looks beautiful on a kitchen shelf and highlights the special moment.

JAVA Coffee & Sproud Cream – the perfect duo
Although hot chocolate doesn’t need coffee, many of us love pairing it with a shot of espresso for a deeper, more intense flavour. JAVA espresso works beautifully with the almond note of Bacanha syrup.
For topping, Sproud Cream — a plant-based alternative to whipped cream — is perfect. Creamy, stable and neutral in taste, it gives the drink an elegant, dessert-like character.

- almond flakes for decoration.

Preparation:
- Heat the plant-based drink with the cocoa.
- Add Bacanha Almond syrup and stir.
- Top with Sproud Cream and almond flakes.

Almond Hot Chocolate is the kind of drink that tastes best under a blanket, with a book in hand or shared with friends. It’s a return to childhood, but in a more refined version — with organic cocoa, almond syrup and plant-based cream.
