Warm Coconut Matcha Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of matcha
- 200 ml hot water (approx. 80°C)
- 150 ml coconut drink (e.g. Rude Health Coconut Drink)
- Bacanha syrup – coconut or vanilla (to taste)
Preparation:
- Sift the matcha into a bowl and pour in hot water (approx. 80°C). Whisk vigorously using a chasen (bamboo whisk) or a milk frother until smooth and slightly foamy.
- Heat the coconut drink in a saucepan. If you have a frother, use it to achieve a velvety texture.
- Combine the matcha with the hot coconut drink in a cup.
- Add Bacanha syrup, stir – and it’s ready.
