Cascara is the dried pulp (including the skin) of the coffee cherry, making it a coffee product. Traditional coffee, as we know and love it, is mainly the roasted bean. Everything stripped from the bean is cascara, which, when brewed, resembles a tea infusion. Until recently, cascara was considered a byproduct of coffee production, used at best to fertilize soil. Thankfully, this is changing! Cascara infusion offers a burst of flavor, a gentle caffeine kick, and incredible versatility - it tastes fantastic both hot and cold, solo or as an addition to coffee, tea, shakes, drinks, cocktails, and desserts. The possibilities are endless.

To make it easier for you to enjoy the flavor of cascara daily, we have maximized its concentration, creating our new CASCARA CONCENTRATE. Simply add a small amount of the concentrate to your beverage (in a 1:9 ratio) - no brewing, filtering, or straining required. Minimal effort, maximum flavor.
