Brazil Cerrado 003 Specialty Coffee
The beans for this coffee are carefully selected Arabica from the Brazilian region of Cerrado Mineiro — an area famous for its ideal growing conditions. Its flavor profile combines the fruity freshness of cherry and the tangy acidity of red grapefruit, balanced by the dry, rich depth of dark chocolate. The result is a harmonious and perfectly balanced cup of coffee.

Production Information
The Cerrado region is one of the most renowned coffee-growing areas in Brazil. Its ideal climate and fertile soils, known locally as terra roxa or “red earth,” provide perfect conditions for cultivating Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuai, and Red Catuai varieties. The coffee trees grow mostly on flat terrain, allowing for efficient mechanical harvesting.

After harvest, the coffee cherries are cleaned and sun-dried on large concrete patios. Once they reach the ideal moisture level, the beans are mechanically hulled, cleaned, and carefully prepared for export – ensuring consistent quality and flavor.
