







How to brew espresso?
Recommended parameters:
- Dose: 18 g of ground coffee
- Yield: 45 g of espresso
- Extraction time: 24–26 seconds
Grind size: fine (similar to fine sugar). It should offer noticeable resistance during tamping and extraction.
The perfect espresso is a balance of sweetness, acidity, and pleasant bitterness – taste, adjust, and enjoy!

Roasting date
We roast our coffees on an ongoing basis - you will receive beans roasted up to 10 days in advance.
Delivery
We prepare and dispatch deliveries by courier every business day – within a maximum of 2 business days of receiving the order.
We ship via FedEx, InPost Kurier, InPost parcel lockers, and Orlen Paczka points.
International delivery is also available via InPost International (shipping to parcel lockers and collection points).
