Group Latte Art Training — Basic Level
This is not a training where you just “watch someone draw a heart.”
It’s the moment when milk stops stressing you out, and latte art starts to make sense — technically, repeatably, and consciously.
In a small, comfortable group, we’ll go through the fundamentals of working with milk and a pitcher, focusing on control, texture, and movement ergonomics. No pressure. No judgment. Just plenty of hands-on practice.
You don’t need to be a barista or have a “steady hand.” If you want to understand why patterns work (or don’t) and learn how to repeat them — this training is for you.
Training program:
- Overview of latte art techniques: free pour and etching
- Understanding how latte art patterns are created
- Milk steaming
- Pouring small and large base shapes
- Milk flow control exercises: sinking the base
- Pouring a heart
- Pouring a tulip
- Etching
- Group training format — more affordable than one-on-one, with the same level of knowledge and attention
- Small group size = more practice and a more individual approach
- Sessions take place on Saturdays

A few words from Michał, JAVA University Trainer
“I’ve been working with coffee for 9 years. I enjoy breaking conventions and encouraging experimentation — inspiring others and showing different possibilities.
During trainings, what matters most to me is effectiveness, created by sharing knowledge in an accessible way and in the most relaxed atmosphere possible — because we learn best when we’re having fun.”
