Latte Art Basic Group Training — Beginner Level
This is not a training where you just “watch someone draw a heart.”
This is the moment when milk stops stressing you out and latte art starts to make sense — technically, repeatably, and consciously.
In a small, comfortable group, we’ll go through the basics of working with milk and a pitcher, focusing on control, texture, and ergonomic movement. No pressure. No judgment. Lots of hands-on practice.

You don’t have to be a barista or have a “steady hand.” If you want to understand why patterns work (or don’t) and learn how to repeat them — this training is for you.
Training program
- Overview of coffee painting techniques: freepour and etching
- Explanation of how latte art patterns are created
- Milk steaming
- Pouring small and large bases
- Practicing milk flow control: sinking the base
- Pouring a heart
- Pouring a tulip
- Etching
After the training, you understand what proper milk texture is and how to prepare it in a conscious and repeatable way. You know how to control both the pitcher movement and the milk flow, so you stop working intuitively and start working technically. You can independently create basic latte art patterns such as a heart and a tulip, and you understand what affects their quality and repeatability in the cup.
