Genmaicha – green tea with a touch of legend

Genmaicha (玄米茶) is more than just tea. It is a story in a cup – with a taste that you remember long after your last sip. Its sweet and nutty aroma and characteristic, slightly rusty infusion have accompanied meals in sushi bars and Japanese homes for generations.   • Water temperature: 70–80°C
  • Brewing time: 2–3 minutes
