Ingredients: Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils (coconut, rapeseed), glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E472e, E435), sugar, pea protein (1%), salt, acidity regulators (calcium carbonate, sodium citrate), stabilisers (E464, locust bean gum).

All ingredients are sourced from the EU and are fully traceable in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 178/2002. A 100% plant-based product – without compromise.

More Than Standard – 21% Fat

Sproud Cream contains 21% fat, delivering excellent performance for both whipping and cooking. By comparison, most plant-based creams are intended only for cooking and contain just 13–14% fat.

The higher fat content allows you to:

• Whip it into a light, stable cream
• Dilute it with water or stock without losing its creamy texture
• Control the flavour more easily – if the cream seems too sweet, simply add liquid when preparing sauces

👉 As a result, the actual cost per serving can be lower, reducing the cost per litre by up to 33%, while one product covers a wide range of uses without compromise.

Directions for use and storage: For whipping, chill the cream thoroughly and use it undiluted. For cooking, use it directly or mix two parts cream with one part water or stock. Store unopened in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated at up to +8°C and use within 7 days.
