Ingredients: Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils (coconut, rapeseed), glucose syrup, emulsifiers (E472e, E435), sugar, pea protein (1%), salt, acidity regulators (calcium carbonate, sodium citrate), stabilisers (E464, locust bean gum).

Sproud Cream contains 21% fat, delivering excellent performance for both whipping and cooking. By comparison, most plant-based creams are only designed for cooking and contain just 13–14% fat.

This higher fat content allows you to:

  • Thin it with water or broth without losing creaminess
  • Control the flavor better – if it's too sweet, just dilute it for sauces
