How to brew Breakfast Tea
- Add 1 teaspoon of tea (approx. 2–3 g) per 200 ml of water.
- Pour over freshly boiled water at 95–100°C.
- Steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
For a lighter infusion, brew for a shorter time; for a stronger, more robust cup, steep a little longer. Delicious on its own or with milk.
