Prepare Matcha in Your Bowl

• Add two bamboo scoops of matcha (approx. 1.5 g) into the matchawan. Pour in about 100 ml of water at 80°C (176°F) – enough to cover the bottom of the bowl.

• Add more water at the end, adjusting the strength to your preference.
