How to prepare matcha in your bowl
The traditional method of preparing matcha comes from the Japanese tea ceremony. You will need: a matchawan bowl, a bamboo chasen whisk, and a chashaku scoop.
Add 2 scoops of matcha (approx. 1.5 g) into the bowl and pour about 100 ml of water at 80°C — just enough to cover the bottom. Whisk vigorously in an “M” motion for about 20–30 seconds until a light green foam forms. Add more water if you prefer a milder taste, and enjoy.
Choose Matchawan Taro and turn every sip of matcha into an intense, sensory experience.
