Chasen Long Matcha Bros. – bamboo matcha whisk
Chasen Long is a traditional bamboo whisk used to prepare matcha in the Japanese style. It allows you to create perfectly smooth, creamy matcha with a delicate foam – without clumps and without bitterness. The longer and slimmer handle makes the whisk perfect not only for traditional matcha bowls, but also for taller and narrower glasses, for example for matcha latte. It is the perfect tool for both ceremonial matcha and everyday matcha latte.

Why use a chasen?
Matcha prepared with a chasen tastes completely different from matcha mixed with a spoon or a milk frother. The flexible bamboo prongs allow the powder to be fully mixed and aerate the drink, creating the characteristic creamy foam. Properly whisked matcha gives full flavor and the ideal smooth texture.

How to use a chasen?
- Add matcha to a bowl or glass
- Pour hot water (approx. 70–80°C)
- Whisk vigorously in an “M” motion
- After 10–20 seconds you will get smooth matcha with foam
