The process is repeated several times with fresh flowers to enhance the wonderful fragrant flavour, ensuring this is some of the best Jasmine tea you'll ever have.
INGREDIENTS:
100% Chinese green jasmine rolled tea.
TO INFUSE:
Use nearly boiling water (about 70-80oC). Infuse one tea measure per pot (or 1 x t-spoon per mug) and leave for 2-4 minutes. Longer infusions result in too strong a taste.
Store in a dry cool place. Once opened, store in a sealed airtight container and consume within 3 months.
