On 26.10.2023, JAVA CAFE Specialty Roasters celebrated its 10th anniversary!

“...Today JAVA at BioBazar Warszawa is turning 10 years, 10 years of millions of joyous espressos.
We started with 5 square meters and a desk made from pallets by Artur, who has long since gone to Norway. The location had no heating, no water, nothing, just an extension cable giving us limited power.
We had no espresso machine, just beans and water.
Back then the winters were cold and we had to break the ice to get water.
The prevailing spirit of JAVA is the show must go on, NEVER give up.
In 10 years we have moved to 3 new locations, each time bigger, better, and more sophisticated. But we are only here today because of you, our wonderful guests.
We are enormously grateful to everyone who has been a part of our journey. We had moments when we didn't know if we would make it, we did not know if you would make it, but we overcame those challenges (as did you) and we have never been stronger.
We have and always had at the heart of everything we do: delicious coffee drinks, made by great baristas, from fresh roasted premium arabica from the wonderful team at JAVA Coffee Roasters.
This is also an opportunity to give our gratitude to the amazing farmers and the fantastic coffee beans they cultivate and send our way.”

At JAVA CAFE, you can always buy freshly roasted beans, which regularly arrive straight from our coffee roastery on the outskirts of Warsaw. You’ll also find SUKI Tea and Schlürf teas, your favorite plant-based drinks, and various coffee accessories. The café also offers a selection of the freshest pastries and luxurious sandwiches.

Do you need coffee advice? Do you want to buy specialty beans but aren’t sure which ones to choose? Maybe you want to learn about the characteristics of coffees based on the regions they come from? Our baristas will be happy to tell you all about the origins of our coffees, how we roast them, and how best to prepare them.
They’ll also guide you on which brewing equipment to choose so you can enjoy it every day. You’ll learn how to match coffee to your device, how to grind it, and how to brew it to fully enjoy its flavor and aroma. Don’t have a grinder? No problem — we’ll grind your chosen beans on the spot!
