Farm Information

Cerro Bueno is a 120-hectare farm where the Catuai variety is cultivated. It is located at an altitude of 1,550 meters above sea level in the Marcala region, La Paz district. The coffee grows in the shade of other trees, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly, which naturally results in a sweeter coffee.

At the Cerro Bueno farm, coffee is handpicked, pulped using an ecopulper, and dried for 36 hours. After drying, the parchment is packed in GrainPro bags and stored for one month. It is then transported to San Pedro Sula, where it undergoes further processing at the CADEXSA mill. This careful process ensures the highest quality coffee ready for roasting.

Espresso Recipe

Recommended parameters for the base recipe:

  • Dose: 18 g
  • Time: 24 sec
  • Espresso yield: ~36 gr.

Ten staranny proces zapewnia najwyższą jakość kawy gotowej do wypalenia.
