How does Limited Edition Panama taste?

Melon, cocoa, pomegranate, and pear – sounds like an ideal combination, right? However, this only reflects the final result of the extraordinary process the beans underwent, allowing us to now enjoy a cup of this aromatic coffee. To fully appreciate its uniqueness, we recommend going back to its roots. Let's take a closer look at what it's all about.

Creativa Coffee District

Behind this exceptional blend are three coffee experts from Panama who operate under the Creativa Coffee District brand. Together, they have created a blend like no other. It's not just a masterful combination of flavors but also an innovative production process that sets this coffee apart. We have two separate batches of beans here, processed using different methods – Dynamic Cherry and Chilled Cherry. Sounds intriguing? Absolutely!

Dynamic Cherry

Dynamic Cherry refers to beans that were subjected to anaerobic fermentation while still in fruit form, lasting 72 to 96 hours. This process took place in special tanks with siphons that removed the gases produced by the fruit. This created the perfect conditions for yeast and bacteria to develop, giving the coffee an intense, fruity character. As a result, the beans gained a silky texture and a full, distinctive body.

Chilled Cherry

Chilled Cherry is the second piece of the puzzle, bringing balance to the entire blend. These beans underwent both wet and natural processing. After a brief fermentation, they left the water tanks and were dried together with the pulp. This method brought out delicate, sweet, and refreshing notes, which perfectly contrast with the intensity of Dynamic Cherry.
