 Michał has been involved in coffee for 10 years. During this time, he has worked as a barista, head barista and trainer alongside Polish and World Champions in the field of brewing and roasting coffee. Michał has SCA certificates in the field of barista and sensors, and has also started in competitions such as the Vergnano Barista Cup, Uno Espresso Cup, Proinfuzja Barista Challenge, Polish Brewers Cup Championships and is the winner of the Szczecin Latte Art Cup.
