Meet Ashwagandha — drops that fit your day
Ollywell Ashwagandha is a liquid 10:1 extract of ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera). Made in Poland using ultrasound-assisted dual extraction, each bottle contains 30 ml of extract and a dropper for easy measuring. Add it to water, coffee or a smoothie — a simple way to make it part of your routine, without brewing roots or swallowing capsules.

Why ashwagandha?
Everyday stress, sleep and rest are the main reasons people take an interest in ashwagandha. Its characteristic compounds, withanolides, are being studied in relation to the body's response to mental and physical demands.
- Stress and tension — studies of selected extracts have looked at perceived stress and levels of cortisol, a hormone involved in the stress response.
- Sleep quality — one of the most researched areas of ashwagandha use. Studies have assessed factors including falling asleep and the quality of night-time rest.
- Mood and wellbeing — researchers are exploring the relationship between extract use and psychological wellbeing during periods of increased stress.
- Memory and concentration — research also looks at attention, memory and information processing.
- Physical activity — scientists are investigating the effects of selected preparations on strength, exercise performance and recovery.
Ollywell offers a liquid root extract that you can measure with a dropper and add to your favourite drink, without preparing a decoction or taking capsules.
What is ashwagandha?
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng or winter cherry, is a small shrub with a long history in Ayurvedic tradition. The name winter cherry refers to its distinctive fruit.

It is classed as an adaptogen — a term used for plants studied for their potential role in helping the body cope with stress. Ollywell uses only the roots to make this extract.
What makes Ollywell drops different?
- 10:1 root extract — according to the manufacturer, ten parts of raw material are used to produce one part of extract.
- Dual extraction — water and alcohol help extract compounds with different solubilities.
- Ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) — helps release compounds from the finely processed root.
- No fillers or added ingredients — a simple water-and-alcohol extract formula.
- Made in Poland — in line with the manufacturer's stated HACCP, GMP and GHP standards.
- Convenient dropper — makes it easy to measure your serving and add it to a drink.
Is it for you?
Designed for adults who are interested in ashwagandha in relation to stress and sleep and want a root extract without fillers. The liquid format is a convenient choice if you prefer adding a measured serving to a drink rather than taking a capsule. Make it part of your tea break or another familiar moment in your day.
