How to brew coffee with the Bialetti Preziosa?

• Add 60–70 g of coarsely ground coffee (sea salt–like consistency)
• Pour in a small amount of water (approx. 150 ml, 92–96°C) and gently stir
• Wait 30–40 seconds to allow the coffee to bloom
• Add the remaining water up to 1 litre and stir 2–3 times
• Place the lid on top without pressing the plunger yet
• Brew for 3.5–4 minutes
• Slowly and evenly press the plunger down
