Loose Leaf Peppermint tea, this is one of our most popular teas. Peppermint Tea is, like a lot of herbal teas commonly used to soothe or treat symptoms such as nausea and indigestion. Not being doctors we can't back this up but archeological evidence shows that it has been used for over 10,000 years. Maybe there is something to it. Peppermint is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint.
We love it for its freshness and tinglyness.
INGREDIENTS: Loose Leaf: 100% whole peppermint leaves.
TO INFUSE: Use boiling water. Infuse one tea measure per pot (or 1 x tspoon per mug) and leave for 1-5 minutes.
Store in a dry cool place. Once opened, store in a sealed airtight container and consume within 3 months.
