A crisp, pleasantly citrusy coffee from the high mountains - RWANDA Cocatu is here! Our Coffee of the Month for May is an Arabica from the BM139, BM71, Bourbon and Jackson varieties, grown at an altitude of over 1,800 metres above sea level and wet-processed at the now famous Kinini washing station. The sensory profile reveals the characteristic aroma of Earl Grey with a hint of vanilla, as well as distinct orange and lemon notes that give the brew a classic African acidity.
