Suki Tea Rooibos – Caffeine-Free South African Infusion
Woody, honeyed and naturally sweet
Suki Tea Rooibos is a classic South African infusion with a gentle flavour and deep red-amber colour. It is made from Aspalathus linearis, a plant grown in South Africa’s Cederberg region – the only place in the world where rooibos naturally occurs.
Rooibos is not technically a tea, as it does not come from the Camellia sinensis tea plant. It is naturally caffeine-free, so you can enjoy it at any time of day. It tastes wonderful served hot or chilled over ice.
Ingredients: 100% rooibos (Aspalathus linearis).
This product does not contain caffeine.

What does Suki Tea Rooibos taste like?
The infusion is smooth, rounded and naturally sweet. Delicate woody and honeyed notes are complemented by a subtle nutty finish. Rooibos has very little astringency, so it remains pleasantly smooth even when brewed for longer.
Enjoy it on its own or add honey, lemon, a slice of orange, milk or a plant-based alternative. Its natural sweetness also pairs beautifully with vanilla, cinnamon and other warming spices.
Why choose Rooibos?
- 100% South African rooibos with no additional ingredients
- Naturally caffeine-free and suitable for any time of day
- Smooth flavour without excessive bitterness
- Delicious hot or cold and ideal for homemade iced tea
- Versatile serving options – enjoy it plain or with milk, honey or citrus

How to brew Rooibos
- Amount: approximately 2.5 g of rooibos per 200 ml of water
- Water temperature: 95–100°C
- Brewing time: 5–7 minutes
Rooibos responds well to a longer brewing time. If you prefer a stronger infusion with a deeper colour and fuller flavour, simply leave it to brew for a little longer without worrying about excessive bitterness.
Rooibos served cold
To make iced rooibos, brew a double-strength infusion using a smaller amount of hot water, then pour it into a glass filled with ice. Add a slice of lemon or orange and a few fresh mint leaves.
You can also prepare it as a cold brew. Add rooibos to cold water and leave it in the fridge overnight for a smooth, naturally sweet and refreshing drink.
A gentle infusion for any time of day
Suki Tea Rooibos is perfect for a quiet evening, an afternoon break or whenever you fancy a caffeine-free alternative to classic black tea. Serve it hot with orange and cinnamon in winter or enjoy it over ice during warmer days.
Storage: once opened, keep the rooibos in a tightly sealed container, away from moisture, light and strong odours. For the best flavour and aroma, use within three months of opening.
