From silky microfoam to your first latte art heart
Latte Art Basic Individual Training is a practical one-to-one introduction to creating patterns on coffee. Under the guidance of a JAVA University trainer, you will learn how to steam milk correctly, control the flow while pouring and create essential latte art patterns.
You will discover the differences between free pouring and etching, understand how patterns form on the surface of coffee and learn why the right microfoam texture is essential. The individual format allows you to repeat each exercise, work at your own pace and improve your technique with immediate feedback.

What will you learn?
You will learn how to prepare smooth, glossy and flexible microfoam suitable for latte art. You will practise controlling aeration, temperature and milk circulation before combining the steamed milk correctly with espresso.
During the practical section, you will work on pouring height, speed and direction. You will begin by creating simple dots, develop greater control over the milk flow and progress to two essential latte art patterns: the heart and the tulip.
