How to fold a Chemex filter?

For the 8-cup Chemex, both square and round filters are suitable. To place them correctly, unfold the filter and fold it so that three layers of paper are on one side and one layer on the other. Insert the filter into the Chemex with the three-layer side against the spout – this ensures stability and an optimal water flow.
