A Delicate and Balanced Coffee from Southern Mexico
From the Sierra Sur mountains of Oaxaca – where mist drifts through the forests and winding roads overlook coffee-covered hillsides – comes a coffee that reflects both the craftsmanship of local producers and the unique character of its terroir. Ozolotepec is not a single farm but a community of coffee growers from the villages of San Francisco, San Juan, and Santa Cruz, where coffee has been cultivated for generations beneath the shade of avocado and banana trees. The result is a clean and balanced filter coffee, combining bright orange notes with the tea-like elegance of chamomile, all rounded off by a gentle chocolate sweetness. It is a coffee made for slow brewing and for discovering new layers of flavour with every cup.

How to brew coffee using the V60 method
Dose: 18–20 g · Water: 300 g, 90–96°C · Grinding: 24–27 clicks (Comandante) · Brewing time: approx. 3:00 min
- Rinse the filter with hot water, discard the rinse water
- Add ground coffee
- Pour 60 g of water, start the timer, stir, wait 30 seconds
- Continue pouring every 30 s: 120 g, 180 g, 240 g, 300 g
- Total brew time should be around 3 minutes.
