Sproud Vanilla 1L
Sproud Vanilla is a creamy plant-based drink made from yellow pea protein, with a gentle vanilla note. Its smooth texture and subtle sweetness complement the natural flavour of matcha without overpowering it — no added sweetener needed.
It works well in both hot and iced matcha latte, and holds its texture in either. The natural vanilla extract and low sugar content also make it a good fit for smoothies, chai latte, hot chocolate, and home baking.
Ingredients: water, sugar, pea protein (1.9%), rapeseed oil, acidity regulator (dipotassium phosphate), calcium carbonate, natural flavourings, calcium phosphates, vanilla extract, salt, gluten-free oat oil, vitamins (riboflavin, vitamin D, vitamin B12).

Make a Strawberry Matcha Latte at home
Sweet strawberries, creamy Sproud Vanilla, and high-quality Japanese matcha — one of the most popular combinations of recent seasons. A simple way to make a refreshing drink that tastes like it came from your favourite café.
Ingredients:
- 2 g PerfectTed Ceremonial Matcha
- 60 ml water at 75–80°C
- 4–5 fresh strawberries
- 200 ml Sproud Vanilla
- ice cubes.
Method:
- Mash or blend the strawberries into a smooth purée and spoon into the bottom of a tall glass.
- Add ice cubes, then pour in the Sproud Vanilla.
- Mix the matcha with hot water and stir thoroughly until smooth.
- Slowly pour the matcha over the top of the drink to create the characteristic layers.
Done. The creamy vanilla brings out the natural sweetness of the strawberries, while the matcha adds freshness and energy — perfect for warm days.
Tip: For an even more dessert-like flavour, stir half a teaspoon of vanilla syrup into the strawberry purée.
