OROMATCHA 04 ENSO – Japanese matcha for matcha latte 1000 g
Some matcha is made for traditional tea, and some is made for latte. OROMATCHA 04 ENSO was created specifically for milk-based drinks, so that the matcha flavour remains clearly noticeable even in a large matcha latte.

This is a Japanese matcha from Kagoshima prefecture on the island of Kyushu, produced from leaves harvested during the first spring harvest (Ichibancha). Thanks to this, the matcha has an intense green colour, high chlorophyll content and a characteristic umami flavour. The ENSO version is a blend prepared especially for matcha latte, cold drinks and desserts – more expressive, slightly chocolatey and pleasantly tea-like.

How to prepare matcha latte?
Add 1.5–2 g of matcha, pour in 30–40 ml of water at around 70–80°C and mix thoroughly. Then add 150–200 ml of warm or cold milk or plant-based drink. Sweeten with vanilla syrup, coconut syrup or cane sugar if desired.
