How to brew Earl Grey Blue Flower

• Amount: approximately 3 g of tea per 250 ml of water or one Suki Tea scoop per teapot
• Water temperature: 95–100°C
• Brewing time: 3–5 minutes

Choose a shorter brewing time for a lighter cup with a more prominent bergamot aroma. A longer infusion will bring out the deeper character of the black tea and works especially well if you plan to add milk.
