The result? A brew with high body, pleasant walnut sweetness, balanced by delicious, acidic notes of grapefruit and gooseberry, followed by a bold finish with Assam tea notes. This composition will not disappoint.

Farm and Process Information

The La Feliciana farm is located in the Opatoro region of Honduras, where coffee trees grow at an altitude of 1600 m a.s.l. Due to the difficult access to the plantation, harvested coffee cherries are transported on horseback, which is perfect for navigating the mountainous terrain.

The farm is owned by Isaura Martinez, who started her business at age 25 with just 4 hectares. Years of hard work and continuous development have paid off—today Isaura and her husband own a total of 6 coffee plantations, covering 60 hectares, all dedicated to growing Specialty coffee. Isaura places great emphasis on the well-being of her workers, ensuring they work in dignified conditions and are well taken care of.

Isaura Martinez, Owner of La Feliciana Farm, producer

Coffee cultivation at La Feliciana focuses on ensuring the highest quality final product. Ripe coffee cherries are hand-picked and then sorted using water tanks to eliminate “floaters”—cherries that float, indicating poor quality, and disqualifying them from further processing. Each batch of coffee is carefully sorted by botanical variety and processing method.
