Here it is - Brazil in its natural form. Entering autumn should be done sweetly! The October coffee of the month gives us everything you could expect from a naturally processed Brazilian coffee. Full body, silky mouthfeel, pleasantly enveloping aroma, and a lot of sweetness. In the profile, you'll find juicy grapes, sweet apples, and aromatic tea notes seasoned with a hint of dried apricot.

Jorge F. Naimeg, the owner of the Pantano farm, continues his family’s coffee cultivation tradition that has been deeply rooted in Cerrado Mineiro since the 1980s. This incredible family passion, originating from the union of Gerson Naimeg and Hercília Mafra, has persisted for generations.

Information about the farm and process

Gerson's journey into coffee cultivation began in Paraná, and when he emigrated to Cerrado Mineiro in the 1980s due to severe frosts, he finally had the opportunity to develop his love for coffee into a growing business. When his children joined the coffee farming efforts, the Naimeg Group was formed, fostering the family’s deep connection with coffee cultivation, a bond that continues to grow stronger to this day.
Fazenda Pantano Farm
Nestled among the wild beauty of Serra da Canastra National Park, Fazenda Pantano thrives under the watchful eyes of the Naimeg brothers, benefiting from a favorable tropical climate. Here, where the rhythm of the seasons dictates life and rest, the land generously returns everything it receives. From the warmth of summer to the cool of winter, the local microclimate creates ideal conditions for coffee cultivation.
The farm, born out of the challenges of Gerson Naimeg's migration, is a testament to the family’s unwavering spirit. Among the forests, green pastures, and hills, the Naimeg legacy, which they call home, continues to evolve and give back more each year. Driven by curiosity and the need for further exploration, the Naimeg brothers constantly push the boundaries of tradition, introducing new varieties and techniques that elevate their craft. As stewards of the land, the Naimeg Group envisions a future where Fazenda Pantano will be a beacon of innovation and sustainable development in the Cerrado Mineiro region. With each harvest, they set a course toward a brighter and more sustainable future, where their family’s journey lives on.
