BACANHA MOCKTAILS

Bacanha syrup mocktail

We offer new refreshing and exquisite alcohol-free recipes for every day – delicious mocktails based on organic BACANHA syrups.

PERRY ROSEMARY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 ml BACANHA PEAR syrup
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • A few drops of bitters
  • Ice
  • Sparkling water

Put everything into a shaker and shake until chilled. Strain over ice and top with sparkling water.

Garnish with a pear slice and a sprig of rosemary.

Bacanha Pear syrup

Pear-flavored syrup [ORGANIC]

CASCARA FIZZ

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 ml BACANHA PASSION FRUIT or BERGAMOT syrup
  • 300 ml prepared cold brew or chilled cascara infusion
  • Orange zest
  • Orange slices
  • Tonic water

Combine syrup, ice, and cascara in a shaker and shake vigorously. Add orange slices and ice cubes to a glass. Pour cascara into 2/3 of the glass and top with tonic water.

Garnish with an orange slice.

Bacanha Passion Fruit syrup mocktail

Passion fruit syrup [ORGANIC]

YUZU CUCUMBER REFRESHER

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 ml BACANHA YUZU syrup
  • 4 cucumber slices
  • A few rosemary leaves
  • Ice
  • Grapefruit or regular tonic water

Muddle cucumber slices, syrup, and rosemary in a shaker. Add ice and shake.

Fill a lowball glass with crushed ice, strain the shaker's contents into the glass, and top with tonic water.

Bacanha Yuzu syrup mocktail

Yuzu-flavored syrup [ORGANIC]

PEACH ICED TEA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 ml BACANHA PEACH syrup
  • 300 ml SUKI Tea cold brew or chilled black tea
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • Ice

Mix all ingredients and pour into a tall glass filled with ice.

Garnish with peach or lemon slices and mint.

Peach-flavored syrup [ORGANIC]

APPLE PIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 ml BACANHA CINNAMON syrup
  • 250 ml apple juice (preferably fresh pressed)
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Cinnamon stick

Heat the apple juice, syrup, lemon juice, and cinnamon, stirring, then pour into a cup/glass.
Garnish with a lit cinnamon stick.

Cinnamon-flavored syrup [ORGANIC]

GRAPE SMASHER

INGREDIENTS:
20 ml BACANHA LIME syrup

  • 5 seedless white grapes
  • Ice
  • Sparkling water
  • 10 ml lime juice or sour mix

Muddle grapes and syrup in a shaker.

Fill a glass with crushed ice, strain the shaker's contents into the glass, and top with sparkling water.

Garnish with grapes or lime zest.

Bacanha Lime syrup mocktail

Lime-flavored syrup [ORGANIC]

HERBAL DJIN & TONIC

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 ml BACANHA BASIL, VERBENA, or ROSE syrup
  • 50 ml non-alcoholic gin
  • Tonic water
  • Ice
  • 3 juniper berries

Pour non-alcoholic gin, juniper berries, and syrup into a shaker and shake until chilled and foamy. Pour over ice and top with tonic.

Garnish with juniper berries.

Bacanha Rose syrup mocktail

Rose-flavored syrup [ORGANIC]

ESPRESSO MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 ml BACANHA VANILLA syrup
  • Double shot of espresso
  • Ice
  • A few drops of bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake until foamy. Pour over ice.

Garnish with coffee beans.
