The beans of this coffee are a carefully selected blend of Arabica beans from the Brazilian Cerrado Mineiro region.
The Cerrado region is one of the most famous coffee regions in Brazil. Ideal climatic conditions and fertile soil, which the locals call "terra roxa", or simply "red earth", favor the cultivation of mainly varieties: Mundo Novo, Yellow Catuai and Red Catuai. The trees grow mainly on a flat surface, which makes it possible to harvest the fruit mechanically. Upon delivery to the mill, the fruit is cleaned and left to dry whole on concrete patios. After obtaining the appropriate moisture, the fruits are shelled and cleaned before being properly packed for transport.

We roast our coffees on an ongoing basis - you will receive beans roasted up to 14 days in advance .
Delivery
We prepare and send deliveries by courier on all working days within 2 working days of receiving the order. We send parcels via Fedex and Inpost parcel lockers.
