ETHIOPIA Nensebo is another great choice for overflow coffee. These are heirloom beans that have been wet-processed in the famous coffee-growing region of Sidama. The coffee has a clean and complex flavour with a characteristic citrus acidity. The pleasant tea-like character of the infusion is enhanced by notes of cherries and dessert chocolate. Crisp lemon in the aftertaste. A very pleasant, juicy coffee with a light body. Ideal to enjoy in the spring sunshine.
